This was a partial redesign and a full rebuild. The firm kept its established look across most of the site, and the Who We Are page is the one I designed from scratch. Underneath, everything is new: a custom WordPress theme in place of an aging install built on Bridge and the WPBakery page builder. It went live in August 2026 with all 55 projects.

I optimized every image on the way over. More than 13,000 inherited files (2.4 GB) came down to the ones the site actually uses, and new uploads are converted to WebP and served at the size each screen needs. I rebuilt the SEO too, with proper titles, descriptions and share images on every page. And the staff got an easy back end built on ACF: plain labeled fields instead of page-builder shortcodes, projects that reorder by dragging, and a preview of how each page will look in Google.

The Who We Are page was fully redesigned and rebuilt to enable the staff to update it without a developer. All 28 team profiles, each with a portrait and an expandable bio, are edited from one screen, and adding a new hire takes one new row. On the old site the roster was hand-built HTML pasted into the page. Every portrait and bio came over automatically.
